Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow our return procedure to make the process fast and comfortable.

Poolfloats’ Responsibility

We take full responsibility if:

  1. The product is defective (clearly broken or unusable).
  2. You receive a different product from what you ordered (e.g., ordered Product A, received Product B).
  3. The size sent does not match your request (e.g., ordered size S, received size M).

If any of these apply, you have the right to receive a new product (subject to availability). If the product is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

  • Clear picture of the product

Our Solution:
Once we verify the issue, we’ll coordinate with our supplier to arrange an exchange or refund. If Poolfloats is at fault (wrong item or size shipped), we will cover the shipping costs.

Customer Responsibilities

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility if:

  • The selected size does not fit your measurements.
  • You would like to exchange or return the item for a different product.
  • The pattern or color has minor variations from the picture.
  • The material quality does not meet your preferences.

Procedure

  2. Ensure all items are in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  1. Approval from customer care is required before any return.
  2. Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  3. Returns are not accepted on discounted items unless there’s a fault or wrong item sent.
  4. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  5. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take 10-20 days to process.
  6. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
